ORDER PROCESSING: All orders are usually processed and shipped in 24 to 48 hours. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive tracking information when your merchandise is shipped. We ship all merchandise UPS.
BACKORDERED / DISCONTINUED ITEMS: There is a chance that some items may be backordered or discontinued. If this is the case, you will receive an email with an explanation and a backorder release date or cancellation.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of the item and will be quoted at the time the order is placed. Some packages are considered oversized by UPS, additional charges may apply. An email with additional charges quote will be sent for approval before these items are shipped. No oversized items will be shipped without approval.
RETURN POLICY: No return on electrical parts.
All returns must be unused and in original packaging and must be sent with a copy of the invoice.
20% restocking fee applies to all invoices.
No credit after 15 days (15 days applies from the date the package is shown to be delivered to the date it is sent back to us.)
You must email for confirmation of a return. Any returns sent without notice or that do not comply with the terms stated above will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
DAMAGED ITEMS: When your order arrives, please check it over to see if there are any damaged parts. If so, we may need to file a claim with UPS and get replacement parts sent to you. Please send us an email to notify us of the situation. We will make every effort to get a replacement part sent out to you as soon as possible. All damaged notifications must be brought to our attention within 48 hours from the date the package is shown to be delivered. We will be unable to assist with any notifications past this time period.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All accessories are genuine HONDA parts supplied to us by America Honda and are warranted for 12 months from purchase date.
This warranty applies to a defect in material or factory workmanship. This warranty does not cover: Any part for which applicable proof of purchase date is not presented.
